Delivered HA for a platform serving thousands of users: Hub/Node protocol proxy, session handoff, distributed auth. Implemented the missing LDAP protocol in the proxy layer, built a cross-protocol test matrix, and unblocked a major release by resolving logging performance bottlenecks.

Engineered ETL pipelines and data transformations handling millions of records. Dramatic query performance gains via T-SQL execution-plan analysis and stored-procedure refactoring. Real-time BI dashboards syncing across multiple enterprise systems.

Built the BI and market-intelligence platform (InfluxDB/Telegraf/Grafana/T-SQL), automated AD/Azure AD/M365 workflows, and migrated a legacy stack to a modern cloud ERP/CRM with mobile field-workforce apps.

Active engagement on an existing church management platform: contact-vs-member data modeling, intake-to-membership workflow design, sacramental records, attendance and giving integration, custom views and automations for staff.

Diagnosed a SYN-flood DDoS via netstat; reduced attack ~75% with kernel tuning (tcp_syncookies, backlog, synack retries), contained with ufw, and resolved with nftables SynProxy. Written up as a published incident retrospective.
